| I don't know how many people will have a look about my blog regularly , probably my "brief" style of writing blog cannot get others' attention but I would like to be here to share some reflection and knowledge about leadership and other area to my teammates , as what I promised at the beginning of the class.
Here is some viewpoint about Failure. I would like to introduce a book " The Ten Commandments for Business Failure", written by Donald Keough to everyone. Keough, who is 83 years old , worked as COO in Coca-Cola from 1981 to 1993. Here is main idea in the book.
"You will fail if you quit taking risks, are inflexible, isolated, assume infallibility, play the game close to the (moral) line, don’t take time to think, put all your faith in outside experts, love your bureaucracy, send mixed messages
(miscommunication) , and fear the future."
Quiting taking risk and inflexibility may be similar in some degree, but it reflect two important message. Taking risk is obvious, but inflexibility in business context means that successful company don't change the way by which the company got win before to deal with the new dynamic environment. People in successful company is difficult to drop what help them to be success before.
Here please forgive me for not citing interesting and reflective real life story that Keough met in his life and used it to conclude this ten commandments. I think the reason why this book become my one of best love in my bookcase is that there are not only deep insights of human beings weakness, which can be finally attributed to cause of millions failure people meet in business and life , but also the vivid real-life storys. All of you can borrow it from the UM library.

| First of all, I would like to thank Flora and Tony for your paper. I also really thank all of you for your helps. Thank you!
It is never too late to say thanks to our family member, partner, and friends. Our gratitude can make a big difference.
Second, it was an interesting game to build a tower only by spaghetti and tape. Although we could not build it successfully, it was a good experience for learning. Thanks my teammates. Through this game, I learnt that it was alway true to think over before taking action. Also it was important to begin with the end. In short, it was a really great experience.
Third, I believed all of us will thanked Echo for her cake. I had some of it and I thought it is not bed! Some teammates even considered that she should open an business to sell her cakes. Maybe it is a good idea. All HC students will support her and become her costumer.
Fourth, we celebrated Albert's birthday. I felt that he was really happy. We sang a song together to him. I had this experience before in HC. It was a good and excellent experience.
Lastly, we will have workshops on the coming Wednesday and Saturday. Those must be good experiences for us and participants. I will try my best in the workshops! My duty is a host of one group. I will be active and be a HOST in it.

| Hallo everyone! there is a long time i haven't share something with you here. Hope everyone is good.
Last Wednesday class I sang a song to Cathy and Sally for celebrating their birthdays. I hope you guys think that my singing is acceptable, and if you all like it I will sing again!
I was really happy since my chocolate made Cathy feel pleased! It was worthing spending some money make other feeling happy. At the same time, we should thanks Professor Udani for paying a lot of attention on our birthday.
Lastly, I really appreciate jackon idea that We should pay hard as well as keep smart! His story is impressed. It is important to think over before making decision.

| There are three things I want to share here .
Different people had their different needs. In the class when people expressed what were their needs, a lot of people needed more friends, some people wanted to have better time management skill , some people including me would like to improve English. It was surprised me that many people wanted to have more friends, and those requirements all are interesting. Those expression help me understand others better.
I feel, as a HC student, I have responsibility to do something to attribute to society, since the society give me a lot of resource to help me. Last day, I received a news that HC students can borrow 15 copy from library. We have a lot of privilege. I hope I can donate my energy and time to society later.
Lastly, it is interesting that people majoring in Chinese want to exchange to US. Maybe they want to experience different culture. I hope their dream can come true.

| In previous class, we discussed about the personality which a good leader should have. Different people had their own preferable personality and the author of text book also provided his idea.
Since I know that personality is mostly determined by gene , I do not care much about what is the personality of a good leader. In my opinion, different people have different strengths. What is important is to discover your strengths and know how to make use of it when achieving the goal.
However, there are something which are shaped by environment more. For example, openness to experience, locus of control, reducing the difference between ideal self and real self. Those area is what I focus on now. I hope I can go on improving in next two and half years of university life.
